It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bob Hamlyn, on January 19, 2013, in his 66th year. Predeceased by his parents: George and Una Hamlyn; sister Judy; and parents-in-law: Jim and Peg Harvey. Leaving to mourn, his loving wife Anne (nee Harvey); son Chris; daughters: Kim, and Jennifer Siegfriedt (Christophe); step-grandson Lucas; sisters: Carol Adams (Bob), and Lynn Driscoll (Greg); sister-in-law Jane McCollum (Bill); nieces and nephew: Lesley, Gillian, Mandy, Jim and Bethany; and his 2 beloved dogs, Maggie and Chloe. Also leaving a large circle of family and friends. At Bob’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Monday, January 21, and Tuesday, January 22, from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7.-9.p.m. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
