Passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge in the presence of her family on January 29, 2013, at the age of 96 years, Brigadier Caroline Pike. Predeceased by her husband Brigadier Arthur Pike. Leaving to mourn her sister Violet Legge (Halifax, N.S.), as well as a large number of family and friends. The family wishes to thank everyone at Glenbrook Lodge for their kindness and compassion shown to “Aunt Carrie.” Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, Feb 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Salvation Army Temple, Torbay Road. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road. Donations in Caroline’s memory may be made to Salvation Army Temple for Missionary Services.
