Born on July 27, 1937 in Ship Cove, Newfoundland. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Brampton Civic Hospital on February 6, 2013, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Gertie for 50 years. Loving father to Kenny (Michelle & Miranda, Tabitha and Nicole), Tony (Annette) and Cathy (Donny). Proud Pop to Blair, Stacie, Megan and Evan. Predeceased by his brothers: Jerry, Donald, Mike, Brad and Hugh. Forever remembered by his brother Fintan and his sisters: Madeline, Alice, Veronica, Mary and Mona. He will be missed by all of his extended family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held at the Brampton Memorial Chapel & Visitation Centre, 10061 Chinguacousy Rd., (at Bovaird) 905-460-9155 on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 2p.m. Visitation one hour prior.
