AGNEW, SANDRA ANN - 1953 - 2013 - Sandra Ann Agnew (nee Beers), 59 years of Riverview, passed away with her family by her side at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, February 10, 2013. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of Margaret Leitch (Wylie) of Kent Junction and the late Girvan Beers. She retired in 2009 from Norampac (Domtar) after 34 years service. Besides her mother she is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Paul Agnew; son Chris and his wife Michelle and her two precious grandchildren Quinlyn and Sophie Agnew all of Riverview; sister and best friend Beverly Allen of Moncton, Lucy Bourgeois (Mark) of Bass River, Jacqueline Bourgeois of Acadieville; brothers Lloyd Beers (Anya) of Moncton, Malcolm Beers (Carol) of Riverview, and Greg Bourgeois of Harcourt; brothers in law Glenn Agnew (Debbie) of Harcourt, Joey Agnew (Heather) of Milford, NS; sister in law Wanda Price (Derek) and Connie Agnew both of Rexton; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Besides her father she was predeceased by her brother Darryl Beers and his mother Geneva Bourgeois also by her brother in law Ross Agnew.
Visitation will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Tuesday February 12, 2013 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday February 13, 2013 at 1:30pm with Rev. Jeff Irving officiating. Interment will be in the Brown's Yard Anglican Cemetery in the spring. In Sandra's memory, donations made to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
