Fran Lowe: Friends & staff at Berwick will be sad to know Fran passed away on Jan 16, age 97. Born in Chester England in 1912 she worked as a Registered Nurse in Liverpool, where she met Bill, her husband of 65 years. They emigrated in 1987. They enjoyed Kamloops tremendously. Fran moved to Kiwanis, N. Van in 2007 to be closer to Tom after Bill died. Fran leaves Son Roy (Carol), Paul & Mark in England, Tom (Beryl), Mike in Vancouver & Tony in Kamloops, nieces Jill (Rich) & Val (Mike) in Alaska, nephew Bill (Natasha) in England. Fran wished no funeral service, her plaque is along side Bill’s at Hillside Cemetery. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Terry Simpson & Sue for caring for Fran for so long. Enquiries to 604-988-2817
