Alphonse Cormier

CORMIER, ALPHONSE - Alphonse Cormier of Old Shediac Road, Memramcook passed away on February 26, 2013 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Center at the age of 80. Born in Old Shediac Road, he was the son of the late John and late Eugenie (Gaudet) Cormier. He worked as a plow operator for the Department of Transport of NB until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Huberte Cormier, four daughters, Gloria, Noella, Fernande, Suzanne, one son Jean, one sister Rita (Camille) Bourque, nine Grandchildren, four Great Grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister Ida and by four brothers Gerard, Sifroid, Yvon, Ernest.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. There will be no visitation before the funeral mass that will be held at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, Memramcook East on Thursday, February 28 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook cemetery, St-Joseph. Arrangements are in the care of Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca
