LANDRY, BERTHE - 1928 - 2013 - Berthe Landry, 84, of O’Bon Soins and formerly of Smith Avenue, Shediac, wife of the late Joseph E. Landry (2008), passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday February 26, 2013 at the O’Bon Soins, Shediac. Born on July 9th, 1928 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Vital and Anna (Belliveau) Cormier. She is survived by three loving daughters: Diane Landry of Montréal, Louise Léger (Norbert) and Bernice Clements (Ross) both of Shediac; one sister, Phyllis Bourque (Tony) of Dieppe; four grandchildren: Guy, Nancy, Jason and Jessica; seven great-grandchildren and by an expected great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph E. Landry (2008).
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac, on Thursday, February 28th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac, on Friday, March 1st at 10:30 am. In memory of Berthe, a contribution to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation (Oncology) or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
