FRANK GERALD SHIELDS JANUARY 31, 1927 – JANUARY 26, 2010 Frank, late of Regina, SK passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at the age of 82 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Connie, and his brother Stan. Frank is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathleen, his children: Christine; Chuck (Helen) and their children Evan, Ryan and Kyla; Greg (Helen) and their children Stacy and Mandy; and Ann (Chris) Hort and their children Lindsay, Sam and Jack. Raised in Dundurn, SK, Frank was a Lifelong Educator - as a teacher for 27 years, a school superintendant for 9 years and later continuing with Alzheimer’s Awareness Education after retirement. He was a member of Scouting, Masons (P.M.), and Gyros (P.P.) and a diehard Rider fan. Frank was a man ahead of his time, an example for many people, both young and old. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 1, 2010 in St. Luke’s Anglican Church, 3233 Argyle Road, Regina, SK S4S 2B8.
