DESPRES, BERTHA - The death of Bertha Mary Despres of Minto, NB occurred Monday, March 25th, 2013 at the Chalmer’s Regional Hospital. Born in Minto, NB she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Amelia (Daigle) Hebert. Survived by daughters, Linda Cormier (Willy) of Mactaquack, NB, Deborah Ward of Chipman, NB and Jeannie Despres of Minto, NB; brother, Ernest Hebert (Anita) of Minto; sister, Jeannie Demmings (Bob) of Chipman; four grandchildren, Stephanie Carr, Carla Ward, Gregory Despres and Gordon Ward; great granddaughter, Sophie Carr; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Bertha was predeceased by her husband Adolph Despres.
Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto, NB) with visiting on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 2:00PM Wednesday, March 27th, 2013 from Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery at a later date.
