We, the family of the late Llewllyn (Lew) Evans, express sincere thanks to all our family, friends and neighbors for their help and support at this very difficult time. Thank you to those who made private donations, sent flowers, cards, made donations to various charities and sent food to our homes. To all who came from near and far to share in our grief, gave expressions of sympathy, phoned, sent online condolences or visited, thank you for your comfort. Thank you to Rev. Gloria MacClure-Fraser, the choir, organist and ladies auxiliary of the St. John's Anglican Church. Thank you to Judy Miller for the readings, Heather Evans for her solo, and Matthew Evans for playing the last post. Special thanks to the members of Branch 19 Legion. Our warm thanks to pallbearers, Troy Evans, John Evans, Christopher Ross, Daniel Ross, Matthew Evans, Jay Donovan and honorary pallbearers, Doug Poole, John MacDonald and Tom Eavis. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Poulos and the nursing staff of 4 West at Northside General Hospital for your kindness and compassion to our father during his time of need. To the nurses and staff of the Northside Community Guest Home, thank you for your care and kindness to Dad. Special thanks to Val Baxendale, your thoughtfulness and generosity is greatly appreciated.
