André Beaulieu

André Beaulieu

BEAULIEU, ANDRÉ - 1939 - 2012 - André Beaulieu, 73, of Dieppe, passed away on Friday, March 29th, 2013 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Montreal, QC, he was the son of the late Léandre and the late Marie Jeanne (née: Bélanger) Beaulieu. André was a devoted husband, father and uncle to many. His only hobbies were his family, travelling and construction. To him, family was the most important part of life without a doubt, and everyone knew this. Travelling was to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, from going RVing across Canada to enjoying a boat ride on the Amazon. He would enjoy the winters down south at his house in Florida, while entertaining who ever decided to visit him, he only had one condition, he had to pick you up at the airport. Construction was his second love of his life after family. He was a major player in the 80’s and early 90’s, owner of Associate Builders Ltd. He could not go a day without drawing up ideas of what to do next. When he stopped contracting in 1995 to spend more time with family and enjoy life, he still needed to be involved in construction projects, because a day on the golf range was not for him. He is survived by his wife, Jeanita (née: Allain); two sons: Gaétan (Mélanie) and Marco, both of Dieppe; two sisters: Claire (late Lucien) Lessard and Pierrette (Guy) Trudel, both of Montreal, QC; one brother, Jean of Abitibi, QC; one granddaughter, Cécilie, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents; he was predeceased by three sisters: Rose, Anita and Rachelle and also by one brother, Sylvio.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm and also on Wednesday from 2 pm until time of service. Funeral service will be celebrated from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2013 at 4 pm. Interment at the Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe. Donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital “Oncology” would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to thank the staff of the Extra-Mural, Blanche Bourgeois Unit and the Moncton Hospital, Oncology Unit for the care and compassion given. He will be truly missed but never forgotten. www.chartersville.com
