Annie Little

LITTLE, ANNIE - The death of Annie Elizabeth Little of Miramichi, NB widow of Douglas Little, occurred at her residence on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the age of 91. Born in Hatfield Point, NB, Annie was the daughter of the late Arthur and Jessie (Webb) MacKinnon. Annie was a homemaker and attended St. Michael’s Basilica and a past member of the CWL in Saint John, NB and Fredericton, NB. Annie is survived by four daughters: Veronica Jay (Robert) and Mary McLeod (Ian) all of Miramichi, NB, Marjorie McLeod (Scott Burhoe) of Sussex, NB, Jill Kruse of Fredericton, NB and foster daughter: Jackie Christianson (Todd) of Saskatchewan; five sons: James and David (Madonna) of Fredericton, NB, Douglas (Louise) of Ottawa, Joseph (Angel) of Minnesota, Kevin (Glorea) of Saint John, NB and foster son: Darrell Lyons (Mylee) of Mississauga, ON; one sister-in-law: Cora Killam of River Glade, NB; one brother-in-law: George Brown (Peggy) of Apohagui, NB and several beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Annie is predeceased by one brother: Medley; daughter-in-law: Nancy Little and son-in-law: Gregory Kruse
Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home on Thursday from 7 to 9 and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Michael’s Basilica on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 11 AM with Father John Fraser officiating assisted by Pastor Willard Watling. Burial will take place in St. Francis Xanier Cemetery, Ward Creek, NB later in the spring. In Annie’s memory a donation may be made to the NB Right to Life or SPCA.
