After a short courageous battle with cancer, passed away very peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
Roger was predeceased by his parents, the late Earl and Katherine Johnston of Sydney Forks, Cape Breton.
He is survived by his loving wife, Judy; his children: son, Ken (Kim); daughter, Holly; by his wonderful grandchildren, Joshua and Madison. He also leaves behind his two older brothers, Gerald, Douglas (Fay) and their families; many cherished nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial service to be held at Elizabeth Park Protestant Chapel, Ottawa, Ont. on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
