Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Catherine ‘Kay’ ‘Rena’ Thew.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney, from 12-2 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel with Fr. James Oliver officiating.
‘Pops’ will be missed by his darlings at Kimberly Hall. The family would like to thank all the staff on St. Anne’s Bay, Harbourstone for the kindness and care they gave Dad.
