ANDERSON, MURIEL FRANCES - The family of Muriel Anderson, wife of the late Herbert Anderson, announces her passing on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born on December 11, 1918 in Saint John to the late Roy and Mildred (Wilson) Roberts. Muriel worked for JD Irving Ltd. Equipment Division as a Typist for many years until her retirement in 1976. She is survived by her children: James Anderson and Joan Anderson both of Rothesay; brother, Harold (Yvonne) of Cape Breton; sister-in-law, Lillian Anderson, Cousin, Lois Kidd and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband; brother, Walter and sisters, Marion Smith and Lillian Searle.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). A private family funeral service will take place at Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish remembrances to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
