RHODENIZER, June Elizabeth - 82, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital on Monday, May 27th, 2013. Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Lester and Evelyn (Zwicker) Henderson. June was a former employee with Peoples Store in Liverpool for 25 years. She was a long time active member of the Liverpool United Baptist Church as well as WWT and weekly bible study group. She was also very active socially, involved in Crafty Critter and coffee group to name a few. In her spare time she enjoyed a variety of hobbies such as knitting, crocheting, baking especially desserts, sewing, swimming, sunbathing, family pets and making strawberry jam. June loved driving around to see “the sights”, but, above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends; celebrating birthdays, travelling across country for visits, eating out, celebrating holidays, especially Christmas and taking photos of family events to share with friends. She is survived by her son Wayne (Belinda) of Mississauga, ON.; her daughter Jane Rhodenizer (Judie Bell) of Milton; her son Brian (Heather) of Wolfville; her grandchildren Michelle Boswell, Chantal Rizk, Natalie Carter, Sebastian Rhodenizer and Zachary Rhodenizer and her great-grandchildren Kalana, Madison, Michael, Blake, Eli, Hudson, Avery and Xavier. She was predeceased by her brothers Robert and Paul. Funeral service was Thursday, May 30th, 2013 from Liverpool United Baptist Church. Reverend Steven Hopper officiated.
