Passed peacefully away surrounded by her family at the Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, June 11, 2013, Effie Janes of Hant’s Harbour, aged 87 years. Predeceased by husband Harold (1990), son Colin (1996) and brother Philip Smith (2011). Leaving to mourn daughter-in-law Barbara Janes; daughters: Beth Rodgers, Sandra (Raymond) Piercey, Eileen (Alvin) Pitcher, Janice Neary, Sherri Janes (Ralph Pynn); sons: Bob Janes, Terry (Wendy) Janes; 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; brother Carl (Joyce) Smith; sisters-in-law: Effie Bridger and Phyllis Smith. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Resting at Green’s Funeral Home, Winterton on Thursday, June 13 2-4 p.m.
