Passed peacefully away at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on June 8, 2013, Mrs. Annie Alice Quinlan of St. Anthony, NL, in her 59th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Woodrow; daughter Wendy (Jeffrey); son Michael (Tiffany); brothers Loudenn Hedley, Ron and Ralph; sisters Vickie and Clara; sisters-in-law Drucy, Marina, Pam, Edith, Sally, Karen, Jackie, Winnie, Carol and Virtue; brothers-in-law Frank, Edward, Greg, Hubert, and Baxter, as well as a large circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother and father Emma and Silas Patey, mother-in-law Anne, father-in-law Hayward, her brothers Clem, Winston, and Albert, her sisters Edna, Isabelle, and Virginia, brothers-in-law Elmore, Sandy, and Frank, sisters-in-law Eileen, Iris, and Marie. Visitation took place at the funeral home in St. Anthony followed by the funeral service which took place at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 14, with Rev. Stephanie McClellan officiating. Cremation followed after the service. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
