It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Kevin Michael Curtis, aged 67, from Trepassey, after a courageous battle with cancer at the Leonard A Miller Centre. Passed peacefully away on June 25, 2013 at the Palliative Care Unit, surrounded by loving family. Predeceased by his father Michael and close family member Marie Myrick, Leaving to mourn with loving memories of his life with us his mother Gertrude Curtis (nee O’Neil); his partner and loving companion Kathleen Myrick; son David, daughter Kelly French (Gerald); beloved grandchildren Zachery, Peyton and Annabelle; sisters Muriel (Bill), Carol (Warren), Mona (Frank), Viola (Louie), Janet (Mark), Jean; brothers Eugene (Marilyn), Gordon (Susan), Claude (Carol Ann), Vince; brother-in-law Noel Myrick; special family members Dean Myrick, Darren Myrick, Becky MacDonald and a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Funeral mass to take place at Holy Redeemer Parish on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. No visitation by request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Trepassey Parish.
