MacFARLAND, CINDY - After a lengthy and courageous battle, Cynthia Alleyne MacFarland of Clifton Royal, NB, wife of David MacFarland, passed away peacefully at the Dr. V.A. Snow Centre, Hampton, NB on July 15, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Saint John, NB on May 17, 1959, the daughter of Albert and Sharon (McGuigan) Miller. Cindy is survived by her husband, David; daughter, Monique Sewell and her husband, Kris of Quispamsis, NB, daughter, Kim McNally and her husband, Arran of Clifton Royal, NB and daughter, Stephanie MacFarland and her fiancée, Shannon March of NL; her biological mother; three sisters. Cindy always had a smile on her face, and especially when she was with her grandchildren, Noah, Nathan, Nevin and Nina McNally and Mikala and Emma Sewell. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, who will miss her greatly.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all the nurses and staff at the Dr. V.A. Snow Centre for all the love and support they have shown over the years for Cindy and her family. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Kingston Parish Hall, 3946 Route 845, Kingston, on Thursday, July 18 from 6 to 9 pm. Interment will take place in All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Clifton Royal on Saturday, July 20 at 11:00 am.
