William (Bill) McNutt, 83, of Kamloops, British Columbia, beloved husband and best friend of Yvette (Nolin) McNutt for 50 years, passed away peacefully at the Ponderosa with some family present on July 20th, 2013.

He was predeceased by his dearly beloved son Darryl, his parents Howard and Rita, his brothers Harold, Dwight, Clarence and Mel McNutt, and his sisters Vera and Betty.

Bill is survived by his wife Yvette and two sons Robert McNab (Debbie) of Duncan, and Frank McNab (Grace) of Ladysmith; his daughters Debbie Bland (Bob) and Donna Croft of Kamloops B.C., grandchildren Cathy, Bryan, Jason, Justin, Erin, Robert, Morgan and Charmaine; his great-grandchildren Kevin, Joshua, Evan, Penny, Ava, Peyton and Kaiden; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Bill was born in Edam, Saskatchewan. He made his home in Fort St. John, B.C.

Bill worked in many gas and oil fields in Northern B.C. Bill had numerous hobbies, gardening bee keeping, hunting but most of all he loved to spend time with his family fishing and camping.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of the Ponderosa. Their dedication and effort to provide quality care over the last several months were a heartwarming blessing to the entire family. We thank God for the gift of his life and the blessing of the time we spent with him.

There will be no Memorial Service. We will be having a Celebration of Life with family and friends on the 23rd of July at 2:00 p.m. at 1072 Pine Springs Road.
