Passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Health Care Center in Grand Falls-Windsor on Friday, July 19, 2013, Mrs. Genevieve A. Collier, age 82 years of St. Alban’s. Leaving to mourn her loving family: daughters, Anita (Melvin Garland) at Milltown, Sally (Roy Willmott) at Hinton, AB and Margaret (Gerard Collier) at St. Alban’s; sons, Victor (Carolyn) at St. Alban’s, Ronald (Linda), Christopher (Viola) all at Mississauga, ON, Martin (Tanya) at Brampton, ON, Keith (Glenda) at St. Alban’s, Ross (Iris) at Mississauga, ON and Gary at Brampton, ON; thirteen grandchildren; only surviving sister of a family of seventeen, Sadie Kerrivan, of Placentia Bay; plus a number of other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her loving husband, Michael Collier, and son, Michael Collier (Jr.)

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 11:00 am from the St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church at St. Alban’s with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s.
