(May 24, 1960 - July 10, 2013). With heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Dominic Brennan at age 53. He is lovingly remembered by his sons: Brad and Nicholas; siblings: Walter, Mike, James, Geraldine and Ken (and spouses), numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Camilia. Dominic was a member of Local Union 110 for over 30 years. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013, from 7-9 p.m. at Maher’s Funeral Home, Placentia. A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m., July 27, 2013, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Placentia, Newfoundland, followed by inurnment at Patrick’s Cove Catholic Cemetery, Patrick’s Cove. A luncheon at the Star Hall, Placentia, will follow the inurnment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local Heart and Stroke Foundation.
