A Celebration of Life for Margaret Ann Clothier (nee Rowe) who passed away on October 11, 2012 will be held on July 30, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at the St. John’s Waterfront. Ashes to be scattered in Freshwater Bay aboard Iceberg Quest tour boat.
