Passed away peacefully following years of illness at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga Ontario in his seventy-second year. Cyril was raised with his parents: Violet (nee: Penny) and Peter Joseph Vedd (aka: Patrick “Paddy” Flynn) and his ten siblings in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Cyril valued his family, education and had a strong faith. He leaves with loving memories his wife Huguette Pauline (nee: Pommainville); daughters: Kathy (David Beale) of Port Hope, Ontario and Colleen of Mississauga, Ontario; grandchildren: Andrew, Iain, Emma Sarah and Lucas. Mass took place on June 10, 2013 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church in Port Credit, Ontario immediately followed by internment at Springcreek Cemetery in Clarkson, Ontario.
