Passed peacefully away at Presentation Motherhouse on Sunday, August 25, 2013 aged 89 years. Predeceased by her parents: Mary and Patrick; sisters: Rita (Ronald White), Maude (Aiden Sullivan), Anita (James Ryan), Annie and Sister Mary Agnes (formerly Sr. M. Olivette); brothers: William (Sheila), James (Bridget), Robert, Patrick and Joseph. Left to mourn and to celebrate her life are the Presentation Sisters, her loving and devoted nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews; relatives and friends. Resting at Presentation Motherhouse, Cathedral Square, St. John’s. Visiting hours on Wednesday, August 28th , from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, August 29th from 10 a.m.to 12 p.m.; 2-4 p.m.; and 7-9 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Basilica of St. John the Baptist on Friday, August 30th at 9:30 a.m. and interment will be at Presentation Cemetery, Cathedral Square.
