Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side August 14, 2013, in St. Petersburg, FL, at the age of 54. Predeceased by her parents: Andrew and Margaret Richards. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Andy; daughters: Cheryl Sehner (Matt) and Kristin; son, Rick; grandson, Noah; sister, Rita Kennedy (Bill); brothers: Ed (Ann), Bob (Liz), John (Heather), Brian (Sue), Don (Tracy), Dave (Lisa); two special aunts: Helen and Mercedes Richards of St. Petersburg, FL; nieces, nephews and cousins and numerous friends. Although she moved to Florida in 1979, Debbie was proud of her heritage and always kept Newfoundland very close to her heart. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, aunt, niece and friend and was taken away much too soon. She will be greatly missed. Funeral was held on August 17, 2013, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Seminole, FL.
