Barbara Leilia (Moore) Covey recently and peacefully passed away on Sept. 17 2013, in her 71st year at Welland Hospital.
Devoted wife of Leroy Covey for 53 years and mother of David Covey, Linda Coates – (Covey) and Kevin Covey, will be sorely missed. The Loving grandmother of Amber-Rose, Brandon, Andrew, Sarah, Jack, Josh, Ashley, Shane, Brady, Ryan, and Quinn and great-grandmother of Ella-Rose, will forever be remembered in their hearts. She will be remembered as well as in the hearts of her sisters, Margaret and Nancy and brother, Jerry.
Predeceased by her parents, Hubbard and Myrtle Moore and brothers, Donnie and Jack, she now rests in peace with them now.
Family and friends will be received at 120 Glenpark Dr., Welland, Ont. on Saturday, Sept. 21st from 1–2 p.m.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the make a wish foundation on Barbara Covey’s behalf.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all family and friends of Barbara.
