It is with sadness that the families of the late Monica Wilson announce her peaceful passing at the James Paton Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. Monica is predeceased by her husband Harry and son Danny. She leaves to mourn sons: Kelly (Virginia) and James (Bev); daughters: Cassie (Andy), Colleen (Mike), Patsy (Tolson) and Ruth (Brian); daughter-in-law Gisela; sisters: Ruth Power and Rita Turner; grandchildren: Michael (Lianne), Kim (Jeff), Kenneth (Jaime), Jonathan (Andrea), Andrew (Renee), Julia (Jon-Erik), Alana, Harry, Danny, Joel and Joseph; great-grandchildren: Ethan, Quinn, Matthew, Nicoletta, Luke, Monica, Liam, Alexandra and Samuel; as well as a large circle of very special nieces and nephews; her caregiver Dana, and her friends at the Exploits Valley Seniors Club. Monica loved life and lived it to the fullest; giving the most special love to everyone she met. Flowers gratefully accepted or as expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Harmsworth Public Library in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. The public visitation will take place Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 11 am from The Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
