Passed peacefully away at Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, Carson Smart of Lethbridge, aged 87 years. Predeceased by daughters Cynthia and Cheryl. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Rowena of 59 years; sons Brian (Bonnie), Paradise; Bruce (Juanita), Utopia, NB; and Chris (Cherie), Lethbridge; grandchildren Susan (Sam), Heather (Stephen), Julie (Ronnie), Taylor, Carson and Helen; great-granddaughter Hannah; sisters Blanche Ivany, Queensville, ON and Marie Holloway (Carl), Lethbridge; and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Memorial United Church, Lethbridge with interment at the United Church Cemetery, Lethbridge. In his memory flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Newfoundland and Labrador Lung Association.
