Clarence Reid died peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born June 27, 1944, he was the son of the late Daniel J. and Catherine (MacDougall) Reid.
Surviving is his son, Scott (Alana); granddaughter, Stephanie Lynn; sister, Eileen MacLean; mother of his children, Kathleen Reid; common-law spouse, Anna Marie Warren.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Kathy Lynn, brothers, William 'Bill', Howard 'Wing' and sister, Rhea Daniels.
Cremation has taken place. Private family burial will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, in Hardwood Hill Cemetery,Sydney.
