GAUTREAU, AURELIA - Aurelia Gautreau of Foyer Saint Thomas, Memramcook (formerly of Pre-D’en-Haut) passed away at her residence on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at the age of 96. Born on July 31, 1917 in Pre-D’en-Haut, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Gautreau and the late Alvina Gautreau. She was a member of the Golden Age Club of Pre-D’en-Haut. She is survived by her daughter, Noëlla (Hector) LeBlanc of Dieppe and by several nieces and nephews. Aurelia was the last surviving member of her family. She was predeceased by her husband Aurele (1988); one sister, Elise and by four brothers; Yvon, Ovila, Fred and Omer.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, 15 rte La Vallée, Memramcook on Tuesday, November 5 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday, November 6 from 9:30 to 10:20 am. Funeral mass will be held at Notre Dame de l’Annonciation church, Pre-D’en-Haut on Wednesday, November 6 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
