Passed away peacefully at Chancellor Park Residence in St. John’s on Nov. 14, 2013, Gladys Louise Cull of St. John's (originally of Great Brehat, NL), age 86 years. Gladys was the last of her generation. She was predeceased by her brothers Abel, Albert, Uriah and Joshua, as well as her sisters Ethel, Beatrice, Mariah and Minnie. She was surrounded by many cousins, nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Out of many sisters and brothers-in-law she shared a special relationship with Dorothy Tucker, to whom she was a true sister. Visitation was held at Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home in St. Anthony, after which the funeral service took place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17 at the United Church in St. Anthony with Rev. Stephanie McClellan officiating. Burial followed in the United Church Cemetery in Great Brehat. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Siobhan Mauger, funeral director.
