Passed peacefully away at the Agnes Pratt Home on November 24, 2013, Olive May Pieroway (nee Doane), aged 92 years. Predeceased by her husband Stanley; daughter Evelyn; son Donald; brother Ernest and sister Violet. Left with loving memories her children Ronald (Vina), Roy (Judy-deceased), Lorraine (Frank), Shirley (Jack), James, Daniel, Carolyn, Constance and Donna (Mark); 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; a numerous number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and a large circle of friends and colleagues. A Memorial Service to celebrate Olive's life will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from The Carnell Memorial Chapel, 329 Freshwater Road. A further gathering to celebrate Olive's life will be held in Stephenville Crossing in the summer of 2014. "Olive lived a very active life as a Mother, Teacher, Guider and Community Volunteer. She was always there to lend a helping hand." Family extends a very special thank you to the staff at the Agnes Pratt Home for their loving care and attention to mother during her entire stay.
