RICHARD, HECTORINE - 1931 - 2013 - Hectorine Richard, 82, of Foyer Saint-Antoine and formerly of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Foyer on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013. She was married to the late Roger Richard (2011). Born in Notre-Dame, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Emilienne (Goguen) Cormier. She will be sadly missed by her six children; Rita Richard Clark (Brian) of Fredericton, Denise Richard (Jacques Arseneault) of Campbellton, Thérèse Richard (Sam Cormier), Rhéal (Lise) and Jean-Claude (Denise) all of Saint-Antoine, Jacques (Suzanne) of Notre-Dame, and her nine grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her son-in-law Arthur Brun of Cap-Pelé, her sister Geneva Léger (Henri) of Notre-Dame, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two daughters; Oliva (1977) and Lucie (2010), her four sisters; Edmée, Irène, Lina, Emelda, and seven brothers; Tilmon, Alyre, Edouard, Alcide, Bless Zéphire and brother Omer csc.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Thursday, December 5th, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Friday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine Church on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring. In Hectorine’s memory donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the Foyer Saint-Antoine.
