Mr. Leo James Denine passed peacefully away on December 12, 2013 at the age of 79. Surrounded by his loving sisters and brothers-in-law. Predeceased by parents Patrick and Margaret Denine; brothers: John, William, Patrick, Frankie, and Aidan Denine. Beloved Father to 4 children and grandfather of 7. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by sisters: Ann Quinlan (John), Mary Mercer (Jack), Stella Mercer (Hubert), Catherine Mallard (Kevin), Alice Mayo (Bill, deceased) and Margaret Pittman (Bill, deceased) and his brother Joe Denine (Creta). A special thank you to the staff and doctors of the ICU, Health Science Center for all the care that they provided to our father, your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home 328, Hamilton Avenue on Sunday December 15, 2013 from 7 pm- 9 pm. Interment to take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Monday December 16, 2013 at 11 am. Donations in Leo's memory can be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
