(1927-2013) - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in Ottawa on Saturday, December 14, 2013. Loving husband of Edna and wonderful father of Barb Caines (Victor), Bonnie Stevenson (Mark) Paul and Mark (Deana). Proud grandfather of Jonathon, Neil, Patrick, Ryan, Riley, Matthew and Jaxon. He is survived by his sisters Sue James of St. John's, NL and Elizabeth Flynn of West Bay, NL and sisters-in-law Martha Ward (late Ignatius) and May Ward (late Jack) both of St. John's, NL. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was a proud member of the RCMP and the Knights of Columbus.
