CAMPBELL, PAUL - It is with great sadness, the family announces the death of Paul Donald Malcolm Campbell, age 61, of Kingston, NB, which occurred on December 24, 2013, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born on May 1, 1952 in Saint John NB, the son of the late Ralph and Jean (Betts) Campbell. Paul is survived by his daughter Tracy (Rob) Landry of Burlington, ON; sons Troy (Faith) Campbell of Oakville, ON, Stepsons Christopher (Tracy) Edwards of Kingston, NB, Timothy (Alisa) Edwards of Calgary, AB; Siblings Rebecca (Art) Campbell) of Kingston, NB, Juanita MacLean of Fredericton, NB; Roscoe (Joan) Campbell of Kingston, NB; Eloise (Roger) Tracy of Fredericton, NB; Anne Campbell of Halifax, NS; Hazel (Greg) Campbell of Halifax, NS; Terry (Kathy) Campbell of Kingston, NB; Joseph (Liliane) Campbell of Montreal and Burton (Kathy) Campbell of Barnesville, NB; grandchildren Lauren Campbell, Kieran Campbell, Kennadi Campbell, Georgina Edwards, Franklynn Edwards, Kayla Landry, Benjamin Landry, Rachel Landry, Jackson Landry, Huxley Edwards; brother-in-law John Poulos; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Lenora Poulos and sister in law Margaret Campbell (Kelly) and very special friend and mentor John (Jack) Henry Earl. Paul was a hard worker and had a passion for the outdoors. As much as he worked hard he enjoyed life to the fullest. Paul’s Family was very important to him and nothing was too much trouble when it came to his Family and Friends. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the amazing doctors, nurses, and staff in the ICU and palliative care units at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
He is resting at Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB, with visiting on Monday, December 30, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. Funeral service, conducted by, The Rev. J. Peter Gillies , will be held from Reid’s Chapel, at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Donations in memory of Paul, may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Saint John Chapter or SJRH Neurology Unit. Donations and condolences to the family may be made through www.reidsfh.com.
