Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles Complex nursing home, St. John's, on Wednesday, January 1, 2014, Patrick Hicks of Peter's River, S.M.B., aged 90 years. Predeceased by parents Gus & Margaret Hicks; sisters: Lucy St. Croix, Sr. Mary Anthony Hicks, Sadie Martin, nephews Kenneth St. Croix, Gerald St. Croix and niece Moreen Lannon. Leaving to mourn, members of the St. Croix family: John, Mike, Ray, Anne, Barb, Kevin and their families; the Martin family: Margaret, Brenda, Tony, Sean and their families and many other relatives and friends, including special friend Bren Follett and friends and caregivers at Hoyles Complex. Resting at Fr. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent's, on Thursday, January 2, from 2 - 9pm.
