Lowe, Ruby Pearl - 93 of Berwick Kings Co., passed away Monday January 27th at Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Lake Paul, she was the daughter of the late Roy Stanley and Annie Mae (Young) Lutz. Ruby was an avid reader and loved working on crossword puzzles. She was active with the Women's Institute of Millville. Ruby is survived by son, Rodger (Sylvia) Lowe, Millville; daughters, Sheila Crockett, Berwick, Elaine (Dave) Sowers, Cochrane, Alb; sister, Iona Cogswell, Berwick; grandchildren, Donna (Eric) Lowe, Flin Flon, Mb., Joanne(Murray) Lowe, Thompson, Mb., Shannon (Amy) Thomas, Somerset, Sonya (Michael) Lecompte, Berwick, Melanie (Scott) Zimmer, Calgary, Alb.; great grandchildren, Wilson, Parker, Dawson, Flin Flon, Mb., Aurora, Alyssa, Calgary, Alb., Jacob, Somerset, Ryan, Berwick; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Ruby was predeceased by her husband, Gerald St. Clair Lowe; grandson, Kenneth Gerald Roy Lowe. A Celebration of Life Service was held at 2 p.m. Friday January 31st at Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, Berwick Chapel. Bryan Cogswell officiating. Family flowers only.
