DUGUAY, FRANCIS - Francis Joseph Duguay, age 62, of Shemogue, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 25, 2014. Born in Cape Pele, he was a son of the late Dossithee and Suzanne (Donelle) Duguay. Francis worked most of his working career in the family business building wooden fishing boats. He also enjoyed fishing lobster and scallop. He will be sadly missed by his son Troy Jacob of Moncton; three sisters Mary Louise Benjamin (Doug), Shemogue, Florence Allen, Port Elgin, and Donna Bluhm (Weldon), St. Albert, AB; two brothers, Louise Duguay (Marcy), Shemogue and Cloris Duguay (Carolyn), Port Elgin; sister-in-law Ouida of Shemogue; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers Abel, Theodore and Ronald and by one sister Annie.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, Port Elgin, NB (506-538-2241). Visiting hours will take place on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, January 30, 2013 at 11 am at St. Timothee Roman Catholic Church, Shemogue. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery in the spring.
