Born in River Hebert, Nova Scotia on February 17, 1932, Frederick Robinson Glennie passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton on Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Fred was the beloved husband of the late Helen. Dear dad to Stewart and his late wife Pat of Ottawa, and Don and his wife Cris of Winnipeg. Proud Poppie of Donnie and Scott. Predeceased by his parents Foster and Florence Glennie of River Hebert, Nova Scotia. Fred proudly served in the Canadian Army during the Korean War. He was a devoted family man and enjoyed time with his friends bowling, golfing or taking in a Blue Jay's game. He will be missed by many friends in Ontario and his true home in Nova Scotia.
