WARMAN, DOROTHY - It is with deep sadness that we must announce the passing of Dorothy Warman, age 80, of Bayfield. Dorothy passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, March 10, 2014 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre. Born in Kempt Shore, NS, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Myrtle (Lake) Anthony. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed every moment with her family. Dorothy loved to bake, and was famous for her delicious pies. Everyone looked forward to her home cooked meals. She was also an avid crib enthusiast. She will be sadly missed by her children, Ralph (Heather), Brandon, MB, Joanne (Pete Brammah) Dulenty, Moncton, NB, Donald (Deborah), High Level, AB, Wanda (Jerry) Trenholm, Riverview, NB, Susan (Robert) Wilson, Sackville, NB, Wade, Vancouver, BC, Bonita (Harvey) Sprague, Grande Prairie, AB, Gordon (Deborah), Hartland, NB, Sheldon (Marcia) Oakville, ON; 22 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren; brother Albert (Isabel) Anthony, Trenton, ON; four sisters Kathy (Harvey) Mosher, Ontario, Florence Chiasson, Comox, BC, Judy Young, Windsor, NS and Avis (Wayne) Pick, Greenfield, NS as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Howard in 2003, son Rodney and great-grandson Noah Dulenty.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home. Visiting hours will take place on Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 7 to 9 pm at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville. The funeral service will take place on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 2 pm from Bayfield United Church, William Drysdale, DLM officiating. Burial will take place in the Bayfield Cemetery at a later date.
