Peacefully and surrounded by her family at Beach Grove Home on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 of C. Irene MacDonald of Charlottetown, age 88 years.
Beloved mother of Margaret Anne and Cameron (Debra). Grammy to Chad, Amber (Shane), Logan (Mandy) and Evan Ceretti. Great-grandmother of Anna Olivia. Sister of Tildy (Boyd) Good. Survived by sisters-in-law, Donalda MacDonald, Jean MacMillan and Margaret MacMillan; half sisters, Hazel and Patricia.
Predeceased by her husband Hector; son, Craig; parents, Alex and Tildy MacMillan; sisters, Ruby Matheson, Kathleen Bell, Christine Saunders; brothers, Billy and Stewart; and her extended family, Jimmy, Sterling and Sandra.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where a private service will be held on Friday. Interment later in Little Sands Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to Beach Grove Home Residents Fund or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. No visiting hours by personal request.
