LEBLANC, ALONZO - 1934 – 2014 Alonzo LeBlanc, 79 of Sainte-Anne de Kent, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Friday March 28th, 2014. He was married to the late Ida Bastarache. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Eugène and the late Laudia (Savoie) LeBlanc. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Doreen LeBlanc of Sainte-Anne de Kent, his six sisters; Annette Davidson, Claudette LeBlanc (Fernand), Simonne Boucher (Yvon), Janice Cormier (Gerald) all of Bouctouche, Murielle Savoie (Elzé) of Fredericton and Clarice Savoie (Ernest) of Saint-Maurice, and three brothers; Roméo (Antoinette) of Fredericton, Guy (Denise) of Saint-Antoine and Gilles (Gisèle) of Bouctouche, and two grandsons; Steven and Jason and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one daughter Diane (1977), one son Gordy (2010) and one brother Hector (2012).
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Wednesday April 2nd, 2014 from 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Thursday April 3rd, 2014 at 4:00 pm with interment in the Sainte-Anne de Kent Cemetery in the spring.
