Marjorie "Moe" Amelia Irving

The death occurred peacefully at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, on March 31, 2014 of Marjorie "Moe" Amelia Irving, age 82.
Born on January 10, 1932, Marjorie was the daughter of the late Captain Wylie Clark Irving and the late Bessie Louise Waddell.
She is survived by her sister, Ethel Anne (Budd) MacKenzie of Halifax, Nova Scotia; nieces, Judy Anne Hartlin (late Ray Hartlin), Williamswood; and Lynnann Conway (Bill), Beaverbank; and nephews, Charles MacKenzie, Halifax; and Derek Irving (Marcia), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She was predeceased by her brother, William Wylie Irving (Billie); sister-in-law, Jane Irving (nee Schrader); brother-in-law, Captain Herbert MacKenzie; and nephew, Hal Irving. Moe is also survived by her grandnephews, Mark (Rose) and Brad (Angela) Hartlin, Braydon and Mackenzie Irving, Tyler and Rylan Conway; and grandnieces, Kianna and Cassidy Irving, Nydia Conway and Hal's daughter, Caitlin Zwicker; great-grandnephew, Jacob Hartlin; and great-grandniece, Summer Hartlin.
Marjorie worked at the Bank of Montreal, in both Moncton and Charlottetown, for 27 years, and at the law offices of Foster O'Keefe in Charlottetown until her retirement at age 65.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Visiting hours from 2:30 until the time of service. Family flowers only, however, if so desired, memorials to the Free Church of Scotland Cemetery, Cape Traverse, would be appreciated. Interment later in the Free Church of Scotland Cemetery, Cape Traverse.
