Uldege LeBlanc
LeBLANC, ULDEGE - Uldege LeBlanc of Domaine de la Vallée (formerly of Cormier’s Cove) passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the age of 91. Born on May 2, 1923 in Pré-D’en-Haut, he was the son of the late Camille J. LeBlanc and the late Adele Gautreau. He was known for his wheeling and dealing all his life. He is survived by his wife Lorette (Cormier) ; two daughters, Helena (Alderic) LeBlanc of Cormier’s Cove and Carmelle (Derwyn) Stewart of Fredericton; two sons, Ronald (Lucille) LeBlanc of Cormier’s Cove and Georges (Jocelyne) LeBlanc of St-Joseph; one sister, Germaine (Guy) Poirier of St-Joseph; one brother, Pius LeBlanc of Cormier’s Cove; six grandchildren: Shannon, Barbara, Michèle, Margot, Melanie and Remi; 11 great-grandchildren: Haley, Ashley, Morgan, Skyler, Amelie, Maya, Jade, Katia, Yanik, Alexa and Zoe and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his four sisters Marie-Juliette (infant), Jacqueline, Marie-Anne Richard Arsenault and Doloria and by five brothers, Euclide, Camille, Ben, Henri and Fred.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 6 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook church, St-Joseph on Wednesday, May 7 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. Donations can be made to the Handi Bus.
