COLE, LISA - It is with deep sadness that we must announce the sudden passing of Lisa Marie Cole, at the young age of 42. Lisa passed away at her home in Sackville on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Born in Sackville, she was the daughter of Pamela Armstrong. Lisa worked for many years as cashier at the Sobeys in Amherst before becoming ill. Lisa loved animals, and especially loved her cat Boo Kitty. A beautiful person with a soft heart, she was a wonderful friend to her many friends, and would happily do anything for anyone. In her younger years she was a competitive swimmer and high diver. A loving mother and grandmother, she is dearly missed by her son Patrick (Tiffany Hepditch), Sackville, and her beautiful granddaughter Kaylee. She is also survived by her mother Pamela Armstrong (Hartley "Bud" Tower), Hillsborough, her maternal grandparents Roland and Lillian Cook, Sackville; brother Paul, Moncton; nephew D.J., Moncton; and her friend James Snowdon, Sackville.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB (506-364-1300) where a Celebration Of Life will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 2 pm, Pastor Hal Lowther officiating. Burial will take place in the Sackville Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in Lisa's memory may do so to the IWK, the Sackville Cemetery, the SPCA, or the charity of your choice.
