Of Lower Island Cove passed away in the presence of her loving family at the Dr. A.A. Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre, Old Perlican on Monday, June 16, 2014. Mrs. Knapman was in her 71st year. She leaves to mourn her loving family: Daughters: Carol (Pat) Knapman & Cathy (Corey) White Brothers & Sisters: John (Dolores) Van Donick, Louis (Gloria) Van Donick, Joey (Rose) Van Donick & Francis Martin; Father: Joseph Van Donick; Brother-in-Law & Sisters-in-Law: Richard (Christine) Knapman, Carol (Roy) Halliday & Marcella Penny Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces & Nephews.
Predeceased By: Husband: Robert Knapman; Mother: Tilley Van Donick; Father: Harold Penny Sr.; Brother: Harold Penny Jr.; Parents-In-Law: John & Mary Knapman; Brother-in-Law: John Martin. The Family will be receiving relatives and friends at Salvation Army Lower Island Cove Corps, Wednesday: 7 - 9 P.M., Thursday: 10:30 A.M. - 12 noon, 2 - 5 & 7 - 9P.M. & Friday: 10:30A.M. - 12noon.
