BRUCE, Elizabeth (Isabel) – Passed peacefully away on Sunday, December 28, 2008, at the Captain William Jackman Memorial Hospital, in Labrador City, NL, Elizabeth (Isabel) Bruce, age 81 years. Predeceased by husband, Richard 1979, father and mother Joe and Sarah MacDonald, brother Gerard, sisters Matilda, Veronica and Mary. She leaves to mourn her loving family, sons Don (Delores) Labrador City, Alban (Pitt) North West River, Bob (Christine) Labrador City, Jerry (Karen) Labrador City, and William (Joy) Sioux Lookout, Ontario; daughters Joan (Tom Foley) Fort Francis, Ontario; Marie (Jeff Critch) Simcoe, Ontario; brothers Joseph MacDonald (Betty), John MacDonald (Litty) Campbells Creek, NL; sisters Marg (Ed Hawco) Mississauga, Ontario; Patricia, Stephenville Crossing and Theresa (Max Brace) Labrador City; grandchildren Bobby Bruce, Amy (Bruce) Do, Clinton Bruce, Lisa Bruce, Marc Foley, Adam Foley, Melissa Critch, Corey Critch, Justin Bruce, Corey Lynch, Abigail Bruce, Jessie Bruce, Aaron Bruce, Caley Bruce and RJ Bruce; great-grandchildren Taylor, Harrison, Stephanie and Victoria; numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place with a service to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Captain William Jackman Hospital or Daffodil Place.
